27 September | Zafferano
The Flavorus of Northern Italy with the wines of Alois Lageder & Le Salette
Drawing on his family roots in Southern Italy – Sicily and Calabria – and his Milan upbringing, Chef Guccio has developed a personal style that celebrates both traditional and innovation. At the flavours of Northern Italy dinner, Chef Guccio's creations will incorporate his Southern Italian heritage with its Mediterranean culinary traditions, influenced by innovative Northern Italian food culture, both underpinned by passion by authentic Italian dishes. The delectable 5-coruse menu will be paired with the fine wines of Alois Lageder and Le Salette.

Autumn Signatures with the wines of Mastrojanni
With a tangible zest for life and cooking, Chef de Cuisine Chef Yohhei Sasaki, brings il Cielo to greater heights with his passion for Italian flavors perfected by his own unique Japanese flair. Featuring the flavours of Autumn built around seasonal ingredients, diners can expect to indulge in a luscious dinner. Each dish created by Chef Sasaki is handcrafted with years of refined techniques and the evening's menu will be paired with the exquisite wines from Mastrojanni.

5 October | Basilico, Regent Singapore, A Four Seasons Hotel
The Cuisine of Masterchef Nicola Dinato* with the wines of Casa Vinicola Sartori
Basilico invites diners to experience the exquisite creations from Chef Dinato on 5 October. For starters, guests can indulge in an assortment of appetisers to kick start the meal. Moving on to the main course, Chef Nicola Dinato showcases signature dishes such as the Langoustine and Red Bell Pepper Carnaroli Risotto, as well as the Roasted Beef Tenderloin, Porcini Mushroom, Caramelized Onion. To end the evening, indulge in a traditional dessert with a twist. Coffee lovers will delight as Chef brings Italy’s famous Tiramisu to the table. All these delectable creations will be paired with the exquisite wines of Casa Vinicola Sartori.

The Cuisine of Masterchef Luigi Salomone* with the wines of LUCE & Attems
Wow your senses on this evening with the highly accalimed one Michelin-starred Chef Luigi Salmone of Piazzetta Milù from Naples. Promising you an evening of serenity and gastronomic sedation as you sit back at the warm furbished ambience of The Lighthouse. No better way to complete these alluring creations and enthralling views with the accompaniment of the much sought-after and flourishing vintages of LUCE & Attems. Definitely one night too good to pass up!

Vintage Tuscan Signatures with the wines of Castello di Querceto
Indulge in a delectable 5-course menu sepcially created by Chef Loris Massimini at the charming Tuscan style family restaurant, amid lush greenery, winding lanes and the classic black and white colonial building. Enjoy palate-tempting Tuscan-inspired dishes such as the Tuscan Black cabbage soup with home made pork sausages and Slow cooked Venison with Chianti served on Polenta. The evening's cuisine will be paried with the fine wines of Castello di Querceto.

Seafresh presents a Four Hands Dinner featuring Masterchef Alessandro Pavoni and Chef Lino Sauro
Be enthralled by the newly revamped Gattopardo Ristorante di Mare, Singapore’s pioneer Sicilian seafood-focused restaurant. Helmed by Chef-partner Sauro for the last six years, the restaurant now boasts a renovated look with a different palette of colours, more casual vibe, a brand new team. For this edition of Gusto Italiano, bask in a lush ambience as a myriad of eclectic dishes whipped up by Chef Sauro and Two Hatter Masterchef Alessandro Pavoni at the four hands seafood themed dinner where they present three courses each to tantalise your tastebuds.

ALMA Meets OSO with the wines of Maculan
On the evening of 25 October, diners will be in for a treat at the newly located OSO Ristorante as Executive Chef Haikal Johari from one Michelin-starred restaurant Alma by Juan Amador meets Chef Diego Chiarini. Look forward to a myriad of eclectic dishes specially prepared by the duo alternating between Italian and Spanish flair. What's more, each delectable course will be paired with the fragrant wines of Maculan.

Jack's Creek presents La Celebrazione del Manzo with the wines of Frescobaldi
Helming FOO’D’s kitchen team is Sardinian Chef Simone Depalmas, a highly accomplished and driven culinary professional with 18 years of experience under his belt. Chef Simone is a strong advocate of using the best quality seasonal ingredients. He believes that simple dishes can be sophisticated and refined harnessing the natural flavours of the right ingredients, creative culinary techniques, attention to detail and passion. For one night only, Chef Depalmas will bring guests on a nose to tail beef extravaganza featuring all things beefy which are carefully paired with the fine wines of Frescobaldi.
